The pure cotton ribbing has this natural stretch that moves with me instead of bunching up when I turn over. I wore it through a warm night and it stayed breathable the whole time.
I've washed this nightgown maybe a dozen times now and the cotton ribbing still snaps back like new, no sagging at the neckline at all. It's light enough for summer but the fabric has real weight to it, not that flimsy feel you get with cheap cotton.
