Bought this for cold winter mornings and it's become the first thing I reach for. The cotton-wool fabric is genuinely soft, not scratchy like my old robe, and the length keeps my legs warm on the walk to the kitchen.
The wool blend actually makes a difference, it's noticeably warmer than my old cotton robe without feeling bulky. Sleeves run a bit long on me but that's honestly fine for lounging around the house on weekends.
Bought this for cold winter mornings and the long length actually covers my ankles, which I didn't expect from the photos. The flannel is thick without being stiff, and the grey check looks sharp enough that I don't feel sloppy making coffee in it.
